Agency Workers
As part of the Working Time Regulations (1998) PAYE Agency Workers are entitled to paid annual leave. Zoom’s holiday year follows the tax year and runs from the date 6th April until 5 April with holiday pay accruing from the date of your first assignment until 5th April. Agency temporary workers must claim holiday pay before the year runs out as leave cannot be carried forward from one year to the next, you can only claim holiday pay for days you have accrued and any requests for paid leave including any bank holidays must be requested in writing to holiday@zoomrecruitment.co.uk with one weeks notice to calculate.
